CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within seven working days of receipt.

  • You must notify customer care in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the DSRs within seven working days of receiving your items. To cancel, you can email us at info@sblondon.co.uk.
  • If you have already received the order, this must be returned at your own cost. Upon inspection of the items, so long as the goods are in their original condition, we will issue you a full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods back.
  • We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you retain proof of sending.

RETURNING AN ORDER

You can return any item within 14 days of receipt for a refund of that item, or to exchange it for another item of equal value.

  • Please email customer care at info@sblondon.co.uk with your order reference number and request to return item/s.
  • In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
  • We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you retain proof of sending.
